This Korean Chilli Tofu is cooked with a fiery blend of chilli paste, red pepper powder and sweet chilli sauce. Yes, it’s the ultimate spiced sensation! We serve it up with keto fried rice, made with cauliflower, broccoli, corn, carrot and spinach. It’s a high protein, low-calorie dish that definitely doesn’t compromise on flavour.

 Heating from fresh:

1. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Plastic film will expand during heating, this is normal.
2. Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
3. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
